This is a collection of poems inspired by love, loss of love, and other tragic and traumatic events that began in late July of 2000—so some poems are about love and others about the loss of that love. This is my autobiography in poetry form.

From George Washington's decision to buy time for the new nation by signing the less-than-ideal Jay Treaty with Great Britain in 1795 to George W. Bush's order of a military intervention in Iraq in 2003, the matter of who is president of the United States is of the utmost importance.

In 2021, YouGov/Bright Line Watch found that 47% of Democrats on the West coast and 66% of Republicans in Texas and the South supported breaking up the United States into new, regional unions. In this book, the author ties these trends to the current challenges facing the United States. We explore how a Constitutional amendment to form these new nations could work. Each nation would start with a copy of the existing Constitution, and still be able to cooperate on strategic goals through a new American Union.

Ballot Access Poems leverages ballot access court cases to inspire and empower third parties. This booklet motivates third parties to keep achieving excellence. This work cites and discusses court cases involving the Green Party, the Libertarian Party, the Prohibition Party, the Constituion Party, the Socialist Equality Party, the Natural Law Party, and other third parties.

What made me write a book on this subject? South Indian Hindu marriage is a mix of cultural traditions and belief system. There are strong emotions attached to the past karma, good and bad times, and auspicious times (Muhurta, in Sanskrit). For example, there is an auspicious time set for consummating the marriage. Sometimes, couples have to wait few days after the marriage for that event. It’s interesting to watch these traditions, at a time when marriage and divorce can be obtained within a day at Vegas!
