System Safety

Deb Dana provides a valuable blueprint for becoming conscious navigators of our nervous system—inhabiting a comforting inner sanctuary where we can finally relax, connect, and breathe again. Each audio session guides us out of dysregulation and overwhelm, helping us return to a state where we feel safe, calm, and regulated.

Kids will learn important safety rules to help them make good choices to keep them safe. They will learn about the “buddy system,” what to do if they get separated from their parents in a public place, and about the “check first” rule before going to a friend's house. Fun sing-along songs will encourage children to make responsible choices and help parents and teachers discuss with them safety precautions to keep them safe and sound.
