What did you love best about this book?

It is so good. Well written, these two authors are great together and hope they continue on.

Who was your favorite character and why?

How can I love one more than the other. Madison and Tyler are my favorite they are so broken and scared. I hope to see them again.

What about the performance did you like?

I love the duel narrators they bring more to the story its very effective.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The fire.

I was laughing my butt off at how genuinely charming and engaging the male lead character is written and performed. It’s absolutely brilliant.

The overall plot is a little insane, but I am going to buy it because of the great dialog. This is really well written and absolutely worth a listen.

To the next book in the series. I was a little bit disappointed with this book. I feel that the characters arc turned very fast and would have liked to see more than one grand gesture (but maybe I’m less forgiving and more bitter than most). I am still intrigued and invested in Maddie and Tyler’s story, their banter is right up my alley! Love the way the author’s wrote their inner monologues too! And as always the performer’s were brilliant.
