Audio stopped working

only was able to listen to about a little over two chapters. paused it to complete another task and it hasn't worked since..what a waste it seemed like it would have been good. Can't rate what you can't hear.

Update problem has been resolved with customer service. Thank you.

This has been and captivating story, I look forward to the second edition...
