About this listen

His first, last and only true love has always been rugby. Until now. She's damaged. He's determined. Fate brought them together. Love binds them.

Johnny Kavanagh has everything going for him. On the rugby pitch, he's a force to be reckoned with. Primed for stardom, he's heading straight for the top. Nothing can possibly get in his way, right? Not even the shy new girl at Tommen College. The one with the sad eyes and hidden bruises. The one that distracts him like no one ever has.

Plagued with a hidden injury and desperate to impress the scouts watching his every move, Johnny has been placed on a pedestal so high, he has no room to make mistakes. Johnny needs to keep his head in the game. He needs to stay focused and cannot afford to let distractions get in the way of the big picture. But what happens when a lonely girl with sad eyes becomes the only picture?

Two teenagers from opposite sides of the tracks collide in the first audio instalment of Binding 13. Based in Ireland, the Boys of Tommen series is bound to captivate and lure you into the world of rugby, love and teenage heartbreak.

I found that the pace of the story telling was slow on the audio book. Although the story it self was a very powerful in the story line, and in the the way the author brought out the characters. It's a story that pull at the heart strings but also make you laugh.

Scottish Love Story

love these books ive read the physical book. I wanted to listen to them because I loved the books so much. I will say it missing some chapters around chapter 26-30 like a huge section is missing. very disappointing that its missing. if I've never read them I would think its confusing. I hope its fixed for everyone else.
**spoiler**
the part thats missing is when they go for dinner and he asked to go watch a movie, the chapter just ends and skips to where shan is back home and he dad beat her and her mom left ( in the book you go through these scenes with her). in the books they both have a point of view of going to the movies and her coming home and her father confronting her. idk i just feel its a part of them building their relationship. its important. to me at least.

I didnt find it hard to understand the narrators. but I did find myself speeding it up they talked so slow.

but I did ultimately still enjoy it but glad a read it first.

great book but missing chapters ..

A great blend of teenage humour with a heart wrenching story of survival. I hate a cliff hanger but I’m so very excited to see how this story ends in the second novel.

Heart wrenching with a side of humour
