This is the second book I have read by this author and I must confess I have fallen in love with his beautiful, poetic and vivid dark story telling. absolutely amazing. the narration was very well done as well.

I have been reading James Lee Burke’s books for so many years and it is wonderful to be able to enjoy them now as audibles. Will Patton is one of my favourite readers but he was just not Dave Robichaux. Mark Hammer did a decent job, I’m very curious to see who the next reader will be.
