Better to buy the actual book

There are many sections in this book where you would be better having the physical book in front of you due to some of the exercises they go through.

Very interesting but better to read this book instead of listen to the audio version

This book has great info. But since it is instructional, I would have learned and digested the detail better if I were reading it in text rather than listening to the audio

It was very informative. I kind of wish they use people other than the authors to read the book as the voices did not seem appropriate at times for the contents being read. I like the content, the people seem fine enough just did not seem to work together.

Highly recommend for seniors who want to improve their breeding!

At 68 years old and starting to take falls for no reason It’s a joy to find out that I can correct it simply through my breathing. This book is a godsend. I’m steadier on my feet now, and I’ve been sharing the exercises with my 93-year-old mother. Thank you to the authors for making this strategy understandable.
