So Simple, So Effective

While the authors may be preaching to the choir, I really appreciate the stories and examples that brought the information to life. Pretty straightforward, and levelled up and down for people of different backgrounds and experience.

Practical and possible tips for good health and fitness

I’ve just finished listening to the audible version of this book and printed out the additional materials. I am not pro, and have been working out on and off for 18 years and as a working mom, I believe everything in this book is practical and doable for me. It made sense to me, and I’m glad I found Kelly and Juliette through this book.

Everyone Needs This Book!

This might be the only book I have ever read/listened to that I would give to every person I know. It is really just a great manual for healthy longevity. I had already been doing some of the items covered, but this is far and away the most thorough and approachable template I have come across. Always liked Kelly and Juliet's materials, but this is a whole new and awesome level. Really well done!!
