works for me

It helped me sleep

Sometimes I have a hard time ‘shutting down’ at night and have occasional insomnia. This help me relax and drift off

I haven't heard a meditation this good!

Wow! This meditation is so effective. Between Agapi's soothing voice and the perfect relaxing imagery to truly set your mind at ease, I found myself in such a joyful state after listening. Really needed that! I will definitely be listening to this when I go to sleep tonight. Agapi is truly one of a kind - the real deal. With so much love in her heart!! Highly recommend.

Very effective

At first I felt the narrators accent was a bit cliche, but putting my judgement nature aside soon I fell into the soothing rhythm of her voice. I like that I was able/instructed to get comfortable to move to my sleep position, not lying on my back in a meditative position and falling to sleep, mouth agape. I can’t account for much else as I was in a deep REM sleep before the narration ended and waking from a very pleasurable dream.

My favorite mediation for a perfect sleep!

I love Agapi's work in the field of meditation. She's a master guide for this spiritual journey filled with positivity and gratitude. This journey is an extraordinary gift to us all and fills our hearts with a lasting divine warmth, I am so lucky to have Agapi's voice in my life. I hope you get to experience it yourself. Es muy bueno , creo que extremadamente relajante se lo recomiendo , para ponerse a pensar en nuestro propio cuerpo y ser , te hace sentir muy buen

Appreciate you trying, audible

I appreciate the effort but this stuff does not work. Unless you’re inclined to naturally fall asleep anyway, in which case this would be unnecessary, this stuff just lulls you into a more RELAXED state of skepticism - and once you bust out of it, you’re even less likely to drift off.

Peace and bliss

I listened in the quiet morning hours when I could not sleep. What lovely and gentle thoughts soothed my soul.
I actually met this beautiful lady, Agapi Stassinopoulos at a conference where we were both speaking, in Sun Valley, Idaho, at the Wellness Festival in May 2017. I am telling you, Agapi is the real deal. The genuine article.
I’m very happy to also have her book “Wake Up to the Joy of You.” This woman exudes joy when you meet her. You can hear it in her voice and see it on her face. She shows us how to train our minds to see all that is good, within us and in our world. That is a most precious gift to give. Bless you Agapi!!

Hypnotic and soothing

Perfect before sleep or if you feel anxious. Relaxes the entire body. "You are safe, nurtured and fully protected." Beautiful.
