This book has 20+ chapters but they are only identified numerically. If I wasn't to go backwards or fwd to look at a specific part of the brain, I have no reference point.
Customer Service said they could do nothing about it.
Otherwise this is an excellent book , identifying how the dif parts work, what happens if they are weak or too busy, etc.
Question to ask to self-diagnose, if you can't get a Catscan. Holistic helps as well as pharmaceuticals.
Wish Audible would fix the Chapter glitch.

I enjoyed this book, it had so much interesting and helpful information in it. I appreciated how the author went into many brain issues and how they can affect daily life, describing various relationship issues and how many of them have shown to be brain issues that improve dramatically when awareness of the issue and proper treatment are applied. I also appreciate how he lists brain healthy foods to start encorporating as well as foods to minimize and stay away from, discusses both supplements and drugs that help certain cases and gives hope to there being treatment for many brain issues. I have ADHD and know that diet can affect how I function, looking forward to adjusting my diet a bit to see where I can improve! This book is well worth a read!
