This book about HEALTH and NUTRITION by Dr. Barnard is one of THE best, most complete, evidence-based narrative I've had the previlege to come across my search for an understanding of the complementary relation between GOOD food and a healthier MIND and BODY. Thus, I recommend it to everyone looking for answers to his/her health deteriorating without an evident root cause for the answer might be in the diet... Such an encyclopedia.
