Lisa Jewell’s Best!
Wow I could not get enough of this book - it is by far my favourite Lisa Jewell book to date!
I absolutely love domestic thrillers and have watched many documentaries about men who scam women for money and worse, so I was very excited to read this book and devoured it in about two days!
Great audiobook and performances by Joanne Froggatt and Richard Armitage. I loved all of the twists and turns as Ash and Jane tracked Nick down and unwound his disturbing life.

A wild ride!
What a great book, made even better by awesome narrators (I do wish they'd all been credited because, except for Richard Armitage and Joanne Froggatt, I couldn't tell who was reading which character). Yes, this book can, indeed, be hard to follow but I think that just mirrors what the characters are experiencing - confusion, uncertainty. The shifts in time also add to this unbalanced feeling but, again, I think that is deliberate. I actually listened to the earliest chapters a second time to give me a better sense of who was who and what was going on. This is my first Lisa Jewell audiobook (I have another one waiting) and I am not disappointed at all

Great narrators
The performance of this was great between all the narrators. The story itself was engrossing, although definitely a bit of a rip off of the Tinder Swindler. I did find the epilogue satisfying, but a lot of the twists along the way I could see coming too.

Amazing!
