Life saving
For a chronic worrier with social anxiety, who's looked at many other resources, this was by far the best in clarity, conciseness, applicability and Freedom from any religious contexts and evidence based. Thank you very much to the authors!

Boring
The book is written on the very low level of sophistication. It might be useful two people have had little exposure to mindfulness and psychology, I did not learn anything new. Examples are simplified and not illuminating. I was bored even at 2.5x speed. Just about the most disappointing book I have encountered in this general area.

Generally good info
The information in this book is really good overall. It was very clinical and I would liked some real-world examples of specific people who were able to overcome their challenges with anxiety. More like Dale Carnegie in his book “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living”.
