Simply awful, avoid.

Impossible to relax with this narrator. Please do yourself a favour and search 21 days of guided meditation instead, much better.

Loved it!

Excellent guided meditation practice. Caesar is easy to listen to, very relaxing and calming. I like the progression from 5 to 20 minutes of meditation over the course of the 20 practices. I loved the introduction to new breathing techniques. Whether you are new to meditation or if you have been practicing for 20 years like myself, it will definitely help with your mindfulness practice and overall sense of wellbeing. I highly recommend Everyday Meditation. Loved it.

The speaker has a lot of energy amd enthusiasm as he guides us through mindfullness meditation the 4x4x4 breathing I found particularly helpful

Awesome start to Breathing control basics

I'm using this audio-series to develop more control over my breathing. Just completed day 12, all of them sitting down. I liked the narration pace and content, simple and effective. Sometimes I really like to carry the session deeper and that is where the instructor's voice is a little distracting at times. Then there are sessions where I am completely tuned to get in and out as the instructor chimes in. That is very subjective and hard to customize for an audio book on this platform! I suppose if there is workaround or suggestion to overcome this quirky request 😁 I will have to update my ratimgs to outperform (5+ stars) in all sections. Great value content, for free! Thank you 🙏

I live for Ceasar's voice

I love Cesar's guiding voice. A few years ago I worked through the series, gaining confidence in the mystery (so I thought) of meditation. I've used other guides and have often used no guide, but I come back to Ceasar. He's among the best. The only bummer is that at the end the Audible guy comes on and kind of destroys the vibe.

Great intro to meditation.

I have been meditating for 4 months using just the breathing and after the 3rd. I decided to start exploring guided meditation but I didn’t know where to start. There very good videos out there. Then I found Everyday Meditation and I love it!

I like how they put it together for a day to day experience, the sequence, the background music and Caesar voice is so soothing when coming back after leaving you breathing on your own, that it is not intrusive.

Learning to relax

I like the way that this program is set up. I have tried meditating before and relaxing but my mind just spins. I like how it’s a slow progress. You build each day or I build each day and practice just being still. I haven’t finished it yet but I know I’m going to keep this every day meditation and keep going through it it’s really relaxing and it clears my mind. Try it.

Great for starters!

I recently started meditation with this guide and find it very easy to just breathe and enjoy.
The guide isn’t overpowering and helps you through the meditation in a relaxing and calming way with lots of quite time.
