If I could give this 10,000 stars, I would

What a great book. I have it on my phone, as an actual paperback, and now the audiobook. Ben’s narration is outstanding - that precise, clipped enunciation and all the F-bombs and other swear words… priceless! Aside from that, the information is top notch. Deeply researched and impeccably compiled, it’s easy to understand and absorb. Above all, you can tell this book was written by someone who really cares. In a culture where everything screams at you to eat less and become thinner, here’s someone who asks, “is it actually in your all-over best interests to try to lose body fat?”

Ben, I hope you write many more books - I swear im going to read all of them.
