Publisher's Summary
Family secrets and a hidden past - a woman's search to uncover the truth ignites danger and passion in this novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Julie Garwood.
Cordelia Kane has always been a daddy's girl - her father raised her alone after her mother died in a car crash when Cordelia was just two years old. So when he has a serious heart attack, Cordelia is devastated, and the emotion is only intensified by the confusion she feels when he reveals the shocking truth about her mother.
Cordelia can't suppress her curiosity about the woman who gave birth to her, and when she discovers the answers to her questions lie in Sydney, Australia, she travels there to get them.
Hotel magnate Aiden Madison is Cordelia's best friend's older brother. He's oblivious to the fact that she's had a crush on him for years. When he gets railroaded into taking her along to Sydney on his company jet, he's unwittingly drawn into a volatile family drama.
Aiden wants to help Cordelia get answers about her mother, but threats from her wealthy, high-powered family are quickly becoming dangerous. Sparks are flying between Cordelia and Aiden, but after multiple attempts are made on Cordelia's life, Aiden realizes he must put a stop to the madness before he loses the thing he values most.

My favourite in the series
This is my favourite book in this series. The plot is not as elaborate as in other books in the series, but the characters and very lively and relatable. And because it's series, it is nice to see familiar characters re-appear.

Mostly enjoyed it.
Would you try another book from Julie Garwood and/or Tanya Eby?
Maybe - pretty bad narration on this one.
Would you recommend Fast Track to your friends? Why or why not?
Probably. I waited so long to finally have Aiden and Cordi's story. Love this series. Only problem with this one was the big "climax" of the story was too distant and removed from the main characters. Didn't get that - sort of anti-climatic at the end of the day b
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tanya Eby?
Someone a lot better with male voices and accents. Pretty bad.
Do you think Fast Track needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
I want to see the characters continue.
Any additional comments?
A little disappointed - maybe after the long wait for this book - too much expectation. Really think the main characters should have been more involved with the final takedown.

Somewhat Predictable But Still Enjoyable
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
Happy to have the trilogy completed. Had just re-listened to Fire and Ice, and wondered when we'd find out about Cordi and Aiden.
Just okay, as narrator ruined the book.
What aspect of Tanya Eby’s performance would you have changed?
Tanya Eby does an mediocre job at best, her sing song up and down narration ruins the book, and her male voices are horrid.
What would I change? I'd change to another narrator
Any additional comments?
narration makes or breaks an audible book, authors should take this seriously

Always Entertaining
I have never read a book by Julie Garwood that was anything but entertaining. As far as Tanya Eby goes, while the accent's could have been better. I have listen to much worse narrator's. All of Ms. Garwood's character's would be great in a book of their own. A book with these main characters have long been awaited. And for me was a real treat. I would love to see Walker's, Spencer's, and Liam's stories told.

FINALLY! Been waiting for this one.
I'm so glad this book has finally been written, now the series is complete. I enjoyed this one as much as Murder List and Fire and Ice. I like Julie Garwood's writing and am never disappointed. If it's new, I'll be in line to get it.

Entertaining
Where does Fast Track rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Middle of the range. It was good, entertaining, but I've definitely listened to better by Ms. Garwood.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Cordelia - she was head strong without being stupid.
What does Tanya Eby bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I like Tanya Eby and she did a decent job. The Australian accents could have been better, but overall, it wasn't bad.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
The beginning of the book with her father was very well written and touching.
Any additional comments?
Not a bad book. If you've read a lot of Ms. Garwood's books, then you'll know this isn't like her historical romance novels, which will always be my favorite genre by her. This storyline was better than the one for Sophie. Murder List, however, will be the best of this trilogy.

This is a good story but audio did not sync with the ebook. I have read this book before and find that I enjoy the authors.

Boy meets girl thirty years ago
Cordelia always had a crush on her best friend's brother, Aiden, but it takes the aftermath of her father's death to bring them together. Along with a murder plot against her, because she seeks out the mother she thought had died when Cordelia was a baby.
So the story is a little bit unbelievable, but I like how Julie Garwood brings this three part series to a close.
The narrator was pretty good, the male voices were not as good as they could have been and she reads a little faster than I like, but I would definitely listen to her again.
