I really liked this book!

I came across this book as an accident - accidentally scrolling through a book catalog on my phone when I didn't put the screen to sleep as I'd intended. Happy coincidence! I really liked this spin on fae/human parallel worlds. The badassery of some characters was believable, the reactions characters had to situations was realistic and feasible, and their motivations made sense. I felt invested in their successes or downfalls, depending on if I rooted for who I liked and didn't. It took a lot of effort to put this book down to tend to real life. Looking forward to reading/listening to the next book in this series.
