informative and motivating

Great information about how food interacts with your body. The information in this book feels much more trustworthy and makes a lot more sense than a lot of the new age diets. It is also simple to follow and implement. On day 1 of reading, I was already encouraged to make changes to my diet.

I believe this book saved my life.

I read this book several years ago and I stopped drinking coffee, soda and I stopped eating all dairy products. I believe because I did this I was able to survive stage III ovarian cancer. I want to thank Harvey and Marilyn diamond for this.

Very Interesting...

There's a lot of interesting facts and theories in this book. Are they interesting enough to give up a formal breakfast for one full of fruit? I think so. I think their conclusions make sense and have promise. I for one will be trying fruit before noon! I'll give it two months and check back in.
