Couldn’t put this down. It was a sexy story of strangers falling in love. Their first meeting didn't make a lot of sense but the story quickly caught up and landed a win.

listening to the audiobook I was driven absolutely crazy by the breath Mackenzie took at the end of each sentence. I had the speed up over 3x to try and make it less noticeable, but it didn't work. It sounded like the full gulp of air someone takes when they're startled and surprised by something unexpected.
