a must!

Deeply interesting! As someone who's memory is (a lil too) good at forgetting, it is insightful to understand its job and processes. Detailed and scientific, yet accessible. I recommand!

Not suitable for audio

Ironically I’d forget every sentence I just heard. I got to remind myself never to buy brain science related books in audio format, just don’t work. Too complicated and less compelling for morning or evening commutes.
