Publisher's Summary

Things have begun to go awry for the gods of Earth. Control of the game they started is quickly leaving their grasp.

A new arc has begun, and with it a new quest that involves helping the world and potentially saving Charles and Charlotte's parents. Unhappy gods plot behind the scenes, desperate to enter the game before their time. Unfortunately, their interference results in a powerful old spirit being awoken from its millennia-long slumber.

The Game of Gods is about to get a new player - one that none of them can control.

Great continuation to the story

Great narrator but with as many characters as there are I wish it had a cast of readers who would make the story that much or exciting

Disappointed

This series had much potential I was loving it. I love the world the author has built! But the inconsistency with the MC and his character development is driving me nuts. There’s so much potential that was wasted with the MC’s generic glass cannon build its nerve wrecking. He has all these attributes in intelligence so when does it kick in. How many does he need to almost or kill his self to invest in survival abilities. He started getting extra attributes at every level and still put them all into intellect wow smart right. I actually liked his personality it was perfect for the apocalypse, but know that needs to magically change in a week. I’m really frustrated because I was so excited about this series, now I don’t think I will get anymore.

general dissappointment

so I finished book 1 and 2 put of sheer will considering the increasingly poor character development, but could not make it through this third book simply because the story just didn't make sense. yes the characters are growing as people, and yes the game mechanics are fascinating, but that isn't enough to save this story. I honestly hate quitting books, however when the author expect the reader to just go along with a story that makes no sense and then throws an explanation for why the main is so special at you that defies any sense I have to aggressively disembark.

Such a good book!!!

I recommend this book to any fantasy lover out there! The pace of events are excellent, plot twists not blatantly obvious, no swearing. This author seems to have the whole story in their head and doesn’t go back and forth with plot holes that get patched. I truly enjoyed this listen, and i can’t wait for the rest of the series!
Great narration as well

Absolutely Loved It.

This is an amazingly good series. The narration is excellent.

This is a litrpg that isn't horribly full of stat after stat like some are.

Do yourself a favor and just get it now.
