Got Over It!

Iyanla cuts to the case: Negative Thought Patterns are In Fact! Creating our reality. Her method of Thought Therapy is now my remedy of choice. So grateful for this audiobook! I have book marked all of the Prayers and Affirmations for easy access. Seriously potent stuff for people who are struggling. Thank you Iyanla!!

A REREAD BOOK

I loved the book totally especially the prayer and affirmation section. but I also enjoyed listening to life stories and how she got over it. perfect title I must say. I thank you for sharing and writing this book.

A fantastic book with great general examples and Excel processes, you have to do the work to move forward though!
