Great for all experience levels!

Can't beat Chad Robertson! He's a smart dude and has a knack for teaching and an approachable tone. Jennifer Latham works well, too, here and
together you get lots of top-notch experience and smarts. I have a small baking business and there was lots I learned from this program, which is broken
down into manageable chunks and easy to absorb. This is also works well for beginner bakers and takes you through a sample dough mix and bake
Nicely structured so you can follow along. Go for it!
