There was more I wanted to get out of it so I bought the hardcopy and read it. There are pictures in the book I wasn’t aware of but instead of the narrator repeatedly saying “refer to PDF” she read the under text and inserted so expertly into the overall text, that i didn’t notice that’s what she was doing and I missed little in not being able to see the pictures.

This book blew all my previous ideas about nutrition out of the water, while simultaneously feeling intuitively on the mark and making so much sense. The best part is that these hacks are easy to follow on a daily basis.
I'm only a week into using these hacks, but already I feel so much better. The most astounding thing for me is that I feel WARM for the first time in my life. I'm a person who's perpetually freezing and has a hard time producing my own body heat because my metabolism is low. For the first time I can sleep without a heating pad and go outside without a jacket.
