This book was so great it should be made into a movie. The author is perfect and should also write the screen play. She had everything perfectly played at the right time. I love her books.

In this story, you get a wonderful combination of ice and heat. The characters really come alive, and the world-class narrator just makes a fantastic story even better.

The story is generally good but I think Angela Dawe really puts in a strong performance by switching constantly between accents, male and female voices, and different characters.

When I tell you I love this story, I really truly mean it! The chemistry between the two leads is amazing, and they may be my favorite couple of a Winter’s novel. The story is also unlike anything I’ve read so far in the sapphic novel world. Really hope they are revisited in the future, as I can not get enough!

Let me start by saying that I loved this book! I've read Winters' other books before, loved some and not so much others, but I really enjoyed this one.

The corporate and business politics behind this book kept me listening chapter after chapter. While some parts of the plot were predictable, that didn't make me enjoy watching it play out any less. The conflict between the characters were well done and kept me constantly anxious at how the characters were attempting to handle their situations.

The romance part of the plot was solid, as always with Winters. I enjoyed the banter and intellectual conversation between the characters in this one. Side characters were also quite likeable (or detestable, if they were supposed to be).

Overall, a recommended read/listen, and ever grateful that Angela Dawe gives another great performance.

Really great story, lots of twists (but not too much angst). HOT chemistry between the main characters! The narrator was also really good and added to the story with the different voice characterization and even accents.

Oh Angela Dawe, you're heavenly. Great story of opposites attract with some side notes of badass women doing badass things. A great listen for all your women loving women needs.
