This is right up there with God of fury! The story is vastly different for sure and you have a very different dynamic working at hand but I fell in love with Kayden and Garrett just the same

I’m not gonna lie, I am obsessed with anything Rina Kent writes. Killian was my favourite in the LOG series until Niko came along. But the glimpses we got of Gareth in his book and in others, had me definitely wanting more. Ms. Kent did not disappoint with this one. Now, there are some definite trigger warnings people should read and I know that MM books are not everyone’s cup of tea, but I read this entire book in one night and then promptly ordered the audiobook as well. Gareth is the perfect combination of sweet, needy and unhinged and I was here for it. Kayden was a complex character and his character development throughout the book was perfect. Two scenes I loved involved Killian and Niko bringing it full circle. Cannot wait for the next one!

Some of the reviews on this book have me baffled. I get if MM isn't your thing - then don't read it! People not enjoying the book is completely valid because not everyone likes the same thing. But I genuinely do not understand people making comments that the author ruined a character SHE created. Personally, I loved Gareth and Kayden and I am so happy we got their story.
