Wonderful Resource to Have:

This book is a helpful resource. As a family member of an addict. It is not easy and few resources are given for us. Often family bond together supporting the addict and neglect their own needs. The book allows for practical steps to be used right away.

Thank-you, for creating this resource!!!!

Author has provided her book as a self help workbook. I found listening to it and then reading and recording my thoughts were very helpful.
