Required reading for New Investors

Best Canadian-relevant Real Estate Book I've Read
Well thought out. Well delivered. Broad in scope, yet highly detailed value in each chapter. Will listen at least 4-5 times. Good for listening in car or while working out, but even more valuable treating it seriously and taking organized notes while in your office. Must read for serious Canadian real estate investors. 👍👍

I loved strong man create Good Times and wanted to check out another one of his books, he mentioned money people deal a few times so I went with this pic, although the content is good the book didn't contain anything I hadn't heard before from other authors such as Robert kiyosaki and Donald Trump.
