Easy to tell I enjoyed this story. It unfolded it the most satisfying way. Absolutely recommend to all dreamers.

Exactly What I Wanted to Listen to

This story could be a 12 part series on Netflix in the Stranger Things arena.
I did enjoy it, but as a single listen it was too long and needed better editing and let's say cropping. Although it provided plenty of food for thought, I felt I was being way over fed. Not sure if I will tackle Season 2 in the next book as I am very full.

This book is about aliens. Duh. No but really it's a political intrigue that follows how the world reacts TO aliens.
Ok, now for spoilers. The alien's voice was magnificent and the double flop from truth to hoax to truth was nothing if not unexpected. The only problem I had was that the aliens didn't seem all that alien, more like alt-human. It felt like they thought in the same manner as humans. I can't help but feel like it was an opportunity wasted whereas a movie like arrival makes full use of their aliens.
All in all worth a listen.

This book was enjoyable and the narration was on point. Suspenseful and comedic. The story lags in some places with excessive dialogue.
