Two days after receiving the early paperback copy, I had to buy the audiobook so I can listen and learn on the go, I just couldn’t put down the book! This audiobook is a great starting point to learn about the revolutionary concept on nutrition by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne.

Their motto “Nourishment, not judgement ” really says it all.

I especially love the myth busting aspects of Nutrivore in how it disprove nutritional rumours with research data.

It is a must read or listen for anyone who wants to understand nutrition from a permissive viewpoint.

Nutrivore explains nutrition in an easy to understand format; nutritional science simplified, through humour and story telling.

I’m enjoying listening to this information in audiobook format! Listening, I feel as though I’m getting a personal guide through important information and learning how to make nutritional decisions to guide my health. I’m enjoying the stories of where myths were born, and how the research has evolved! I’ve also read the book, Nutrivore, (thank you for an early copy) and felt that I’d probably skimmed over the tables and stats in my eagerness to get as much information as I could as fast as possible. By listening, I’m engaging more deeply with the information, and still have the book to refer to. I know there are supplemental materials, but I love the combo of hard copy and audio. The combo is perfect for me to help me review what I’m interested in re-reading too. I’m feeling so grateful for this amazing resource, that fits so well with my personal goal to move forward with positive changes I’m trying to apply generally to my life! Nutrivore is proving to be an exciting resource supporting a sustainable and enjoyable way to live my life!

I've read/listened to a TON of books and podcasts on nutrition over the last 10+ years and it can be so confusing, conflicting and often misleading! Dr. Ballantyne does an exceptional job of sharing the up to date scientific consensus on what and how we should really be eating AND she does it in a way that pretty much anyone can use. For instance, she shares really useful tips on how to keep costs low on a healthy diet; how to make it easier and more enjoyable and how you can still incorporate "cheats" which she smartly refers to as "lifestyle foods" noting many times that there are NO "bad" foods (and explains why!).

A very nice compréhensible audible with many proved studies. The only concern was about Vegetables oils giving the same nutrients as Extra Olive Oil. Another concern was about using Microwave being safe to our healthy, I don’t use and neither my family.
Organics is the best choice if you have budget to buy it! At least 12 dozen dirty and 15 clean food, is good to follow this list.
