Yeah, what a mess of a life he managed to turn around. As a guy in my early 20s I would have done anything to trade my life for the Situations. My friends and I thought he had it all figured out and everything we could have ever wanted. Holy crap was his life a mess and many times it just seemed like it was only going to get worse worse and not get any better at all.

Mikes life is an inspiration.

A life that became a Triumph when it could have easily remained a tragedy.

I am extremely grateful for this audiobook as it has helped me these last couple days come to grips with some hard decisions I have been procrastinating on making….. I have to get help with my addiction because doing it my way just isn’t gonna cut it anymore.

Great story ! Crazy to think what he went through … and the dark times. I don’t know how I feel about his narration… annoying? Too choppy? But did enjoy his story … he’s a likeable guy!

I wish I’d just bought this book and read it myself. While I appreciate when the author reads their own story, not in this case. Listening to him read this is a bit painful. It’s like it was the first time he’d ever seen this book and decided to read it out loud.

I’m sure it’s a great book/story but…

I picked up this book because I've always been a fan of Mike "The Situation" from back in the day. As I read through a few chapters, I realized it's the inspiring story of a brave man who faced life's challenges head-on. Finishing the book made me see it as a guide for my own life. Michael shares so many incredible stories from around the world.

I used to struggle to understand drug addiction, but Mike does a great job of explaining the phases he went through. Now, I have a better understanding of this important topic.

We're fortunate to still have Mike with us, sharing his wonderful story.

ps: I love the fact that Mike included many of his friends and family to tell their part of the story. (with their voice-audio).
