Publisher's Summary

What if Red Riding Hood didn't fall in love with one Big Bad Wolf, but three?

I've been a city girl my entire life. But when my grandmother got sick, I didn't think twice before packing my bags and moving to Crimson Hollow, a small town in West Virginia. Two years later, I'm still here and finally adjusting to the quiet life.

Only there's nothing ordinary about this town.

A walk in the woods proved almost deadly and left me changed forever. I was attacked by a rogue wolf, and now, I belong to the Crimson Hollow pack. I'm a shifter.

To make matters worse, my arrival in the pack created a rift among the wolves, making it impossible to tell friend from foe, including the three alpha's sons who have taken a keen interest in me. If dealing with all that wasn't enough, wolves are disappearing. We must discover who is behind it, or there won't be a pack left to fight over.

Contains mature themes.

💯 I recommend this book👍🏻

I am really really enjoying listening to this book and will most definitely get the book in the series.
My favourite of the triplets is Tristen. There are some parts of the book that I would change but I highly recommend the book/series. 🫶🏻

Kinda boring but hopefully the story gets better

I’m hoping that the story will get better I’m intrigued by the fact that their world has lots of different magical creatures, but so far the story is slow and kinda boring hopefully it will get better

Pretty good, will keep listening the next one

The story is pretty good, as long as you don’t mind the chosen one cliche. The story could have been expanded even more to give all the characters more depth, but what we did see in terms of character building is good. I can easily tell the brothers apart since they have such distinct personalities, and the supporting characters are interesting and keeps me engaged. Looking forward to the next one!

It was fine

Quite predictable, but that’s not something I usually knock points for. It was more that, literally everything is explained away with intuition. That’s fine sometimes, but the whole book is “I don’t know what drives me, but I turn left” or “I don’t know how I know it, but it’s so and so behind me.” Over and over. 🤷🏽‍♀️ no point in people having gifts if anyone can just have intuition and be a badass lol.

The conflict and issues in the book aren’t exciting because you know intuition will come and save the day.

It’s a fine story. But I don’t really care about the series, or what happens to Red even with a cliffhanger ending. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Needs better narrators

The plot sounded pretty good but the execution wasn't very good to me. I felt a connection between Red and Dante but felt nothing between her and the other two brothers. What really ruined it for me was honestly the narrators.... Virginia sounds too fragile, whiny and like she's going to cry every time she spoke and Tristan.. well it's quite obvious he's just reading lines... there was no proper emotion to his roles at all. Definitely needs more practice. I won't be continuing on with the series.
DNF - Stopped at 70% when I found myself tuning out.

I didn't want it to end!!

love it!! I didn't want it to end!! I'm honestly scared to keep reading a series past the first book as I've only ever had one good experience... but I might have to in this case.. this story was the kind of wolf story I needed to read..

Great first book

This was a great first book. Nice spin on Fairy tale with an adult twist. FMC is strong & determine not to be pushed around. No sudden love or longing. Relationships develop at a good pace. I listened to book 1 during my commute but now I am going to read book two to see where this goes. I hate when half the series is in audiobook version. I prefer to listen as I drive. Overall I enjoyed the book.

Please put the second put out on audible!

Another fantasy/romance book that I can't get enough of! I totally fell in love with this book. The characters...I wish I knew them in real life. There is so much depth to the story that I couldn't put it down. I can't wait to read more from the author and from this series in particular!

Ahhh sexy shifters and a brewing mystery

I wanted to wait until all books were released in audio before I jumped into this series and the wait was killing me. I was very eager to finally start and book 1 didn’t disappoint! This story so far has everything a RH junkie loves. Hot shifter men - check. Brave likable heroine- check. Sexy times - check. Enemies & Allys -check. Mystery- check. It literally checks all the boxes. Can’t wait to start the next book!

Great story

The performance by Virginia Rose was excellent in comparison to Tristan James. I really did not enjoy his monotone voice. It would have been perfect if not for him

Finally! A Paranormal RH Done Right!

Well, thank GEEZUS there's FINALLY an author out there who gets us! The character's world is neatly detailed and works well with this med-burn plot without taking over. My first positive RH review, and my first time looking forward to the next book in the series. Well done!

It's all right...to each their own

I had purchased this during the 50-70% off sale and I'm glad that it was one of the 70% books. Not completely worth it for a credit. I just couldn't take it seriously as a book because it needs content editing. It definitely has the potential to be damn good book, but something is missing. My mind blanked out for about half of the book since I couldn't connect with the story. In my opinion, a book should connect with its reader and put him/her in the story's setting, feeling the emotions of the characters. The bond amongst Red, Tristan, Dante, and Samuel seem separate, like the authors are still sticking to the monogamous mindset. I expected the chemistry to be close and the affection be warmer. To be close and warm doesn't mean to be entirely sexual. From the other reverse harem books I've read, the men's camaraderie is better than in this book.

I don't think the narrators were good for this book. Both of them sound like Patrick Warburton in different tones, especially Tristan James. They narrate well - clearly and naturally without over-enunciating - however I think they would do better for other books. Their emotions seemed forced half the time and weak. Virginia Rose seemed slightly better, but I've heard her do better.

I really wanted to like this book because of the general positive reviews, but I couldn't. Everything just seems amateur-ish. I'll exchange this book once it's done. If there's going to be a revised version, I'll definitely return to it.

A credit for half a story or maybe a third

Concept ok. Occasional inconsistencies. Shallow personality development. I will not be acquiring the second instalment
