Publisher's Summary

Number one in the entire Kindle Store.

A new paranormal romance from Wall Street Journal and USA Today best seller Jaymin Eve.

My father made a terrible mistake. One I’m left paying for.

As a wolf shifter growing up in a strong pack, I should be living my best life. But after my father tried to kill our leader, I’m labelled an outcast, traitor, less than dirt.

When I can't take pack life any longer, I run, but apparently they don't like losing their punching bag. Torin, the leader’s son, drags me back before my first shift...a shift that will reveal my true mate. I never could have predicted who mine would be, but the moment my wolf looks upon him, I’m filled with hope for a brighter future.

After all, no one ever rejects their true mate, right?

Wrong. Very wrong.

When the wolves attack, my soul screams for vengeance, and somehow I touch the shadow world. Somehow I bring him to our lands.

The Shadow Beast. Our shifter god. The devil himself.

Turns out being rejected by my mate was only the beginning.

*If you like sexy, dark paranormal romances, with humor, steam, action, a tough heroine, and an antihero, this is for you.

Rejected is full-length (100,000 words), is book one in Shadow Beast Shifters series, and ends on a cliff-hanger. It's recommended for 18+ due to language and sexual situations.

Spellbinding

Rejected was very well narrated. The narrator was very easy to listen to and could easily have been the voice of a good friend. The story was engaging and I couldn’t wait to get to my daily listen. Characters were well developed and the protagonist was the underdog and we all love when the underdog rises to her true self.

Now need to find volume two.

Not Bad

The book was good nothing complicated. It definitely follows a similar pattern to most fiction books but it's still enjoyable. Honestly the most annoying thing was how the author used curse words instead of actual witty responses. It made the character seem a little flat or like they were trying to hard.

loved it

I loved who narrated this book. They both fit really well and made me enjoy listening to this book. Looking forward to the next.

Get to the point

I found the book dragged on. I was waiting on the love connection with the shadow beast but it never came. There is no sex and the one part that was oral scene was short lived with no build. It just didn't do it for me.

Oh my goodness ❤️❤️

I absolutely loved this book. So much so til I had to immediately buy and READ the second installment. This author is new to me but I am so glad I took a chance and purchased this audio. The story pulled me in and would NOT let me go til the end. It had entertainment....heated scenes everything I want in my books ....I am counting the days til the final installment is released.

excellent

I love practically everything about this story. Especially the fact that I didn't see a lot of this stuff coming and I like the buildup of the characters. The only thing that I didn't like is that at the Cliffhanger after about 50 some odd chapters that we could have done without! Other than that it's an excellent book with excellent narrations excellent characters excellent overall!

Wow!!

I loved this book. I, honestly, did not think I was going to be in to it much but that first chapter grabs you and then you are just hooked! I was cheering, excited, ticked off, and a whole palette more! Amazing. They were working on the 2nd book when I got the first done, so I have had to read it, but today seen it was back on market so starting that one over! Hopefully, the third will be fixed by the end of that one. woot woot!

rejected

As always Jaymin Eve you are amazing. I started listening and reading this book and just couldn't stop. The characters come to life between the pages and through the voices of the amazing narrators you use.
Thank you for bringing this world to life....even if I did cuss just a little bit at that ending

22yr old acts/thinks like a 16yr old

Imagine a 16 year old girl writing a book about how she thinks “grown ups” act. That’s this book. I promise you no 22 year old cares that much about their virginity.

Pre-warning you. Zero things were explained or finished in this book. Literally zero of the plots, ideas, backstories or anything else was explained fully. I liked the concept and ideas but it was so badly executed that I think I genuinely hated this book. My suggestion would be to have maybe the first 75 out of 1,000 plots and side stories finished by the end of the book. Give us something. Anything. To feel like we accomplished something in this book. It’s just so long and drawn out I almost couldn’t finished it but I liked the concept so much I just kept hoping it would get better.

But that being said....if you need a book guaranteed to make you fall asleep. This is it! I put this book on and boom. Asleep. It’s repetitive and boring enough to lull even the toughest insomniac to bed.

Side note. Stop repetitively using “girl”. Nobody says “hey girl, I really missed you girl” ok so that’s not an actual quote....I don’t think...but you get the idea. That’s how she talks to all females. It’s obnoxious.

Side side note. The main character is so much talk and absolutely no action. So if you hate girls that act tough but then let guys do whatever they want and just sit there inner monologuing about all the things they should do but not doing a single freaking one. Don’t read this.
