Must read for anyone entering work force

Great book. I wish I read something like this when I got my first job in high school. For some people navigating work place politics comes naturally, but many of us don't have that skill and have to learn it. I love how the author says at the beginning of the book that work politics is kind of like sex. Everyone is doing it but no one is talking about it. One person may think that their coworker is sucking up to the boss, but when they are being nice to the boss, they consider that "networking" not sucking up. I gave it 4 stars overall as I think that the book could have been a little shorter and few parts/lessons are repetitive. However, great read and I highly recommend it.
