I can never find another Audible book like this

I have been listening to Audible books for the last five years, but I never had such a unique experience. This is not just a book. It is much more beyond that. A book by Abolqasem Ferdowsi, one of Persia's greatest poets, a beautiful translation by professor Ahmad Sadri, and a 12-hour audiobook with beautiful sound design and music and magic by Hamid Rahmanian, Narrated by Marc Thompson, Francis Ford Coppola - introduction. I don't think, I can ever have such a unique experience with Audible books again.

Ferdosi is the father of fiction

Ferdosi should be called the father of fiction books. Just knowing that this book was written in 977 AD makes it the number one fiction book of all time. My only question is that was it really fiction or all those things had really happend? It's amazing to see that a 1000 years ago there were writers who were a 1000 years ahead of us.

Great narration and wonderful sound design

*This audiobook is a must-listen for anyone interested in epics or world literature*.

The "Shahnameh", penned by the Persian poet Ferdowsi over a millennium ago, is often hailed as the epic soul of Iran. I am not a fan of old literature but this audiobook has made Shahnameh accessible to contemporary audiences worldwide with an excellent sound design and music.
