About the Host

Antoni Porowski is the New York Times best-selling author of Antoni In The Kitchen and Antoni: Let’s Do Dinner, host and executive producer of Netflix’s Easy-Bake Battle culinary competition series, and star of Netflix’s Emmy Award-winning hit Queer Eye. A self-taught cook, Antoni is a three-time Emmy nominee for his role as Queer Eye’s resident food & wine expert. Coming up, Antoni has several new projects in the works, one of which includes a feature film for Netflix entitled Girls and Boys with Black-ish creator Kenya Barris.

Antoni brings his lifelong passion for food to Yummers, his pet food brand cofounded alongside Queer Eye costar Jonathan Van Ness and pet industry veteran Rebecca Frechette Rudisch.

Born in Canada to European emigrants, Antoni is an outspoken advocate for LGBTQ+ rights everywhere, especially his family’s native Poland where he serves on the board of the Equaversity Foundation which was established to organize international fundraising to support the LGBTQ+ community in Poland.

Soothing

Really lovely and relaxing

I’m usually a tough critic but I only have good things to say about this it’s really lovely and relaxing wonderful to listen to on your earphones while going to sleep or just to relax for 15 minutes if you’re having a stressful day. It’s just lovely, the sounds are really well produced - tingly deliciousness - and the writing is beautiful. Porowski does a great job of reading softly and with special emphasis on pleasant sounding syllables. All around it’s really well done, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. I encourage anyone who needs to relax or has trouble going to sleep to try it out it put me out like a light last night and I suffer from insomnia. : )
