    Worst Narrator ever

okay content but the narrator is so bad, he's so distracting. I've never been this annoyed by a bad narrator

    good book but terrible narrator

I'm big on listening to books as I don't have much time to read them. As much I really want to absorb all the content in this book rather quickly it's painful to listen to the narrator for long periods of time unfortunately. Definitely not a pro, should've been done by Brandon.

    Pour connaisseurs seulement.

Livre pour investisseur avancé. Beaucoup de détails techniques et voix monotone. Difficile à suivre pour les néophytes.

    Brutal Narration

Where does The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

So far, the book ranks in the top 5. The downside to this would be the narration - very hard to understand, very awkward at times. There are also quite a few recording errors towards the end of the book.

What did you like best about this story?

I love the scope of the book. Brandon provides a wide variety of strategies to take on, then breaks them down into a more simplistic way of understanding them.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Maher Abiad?

Myself, Gerard Butler, Anthony Hopkins, Captain Jean Luc Picard...really anybody.

Great info for creative real estate Poor execution

Tons of great stuff. I learned a lot. But it was incredibly annoying, that the reader sounded like he was on 6 redbulls. He never once slowed down or paused. Also the recording kept skipping back 5-25 seconds. It did it at least 8 times. But great book!

    Narrator in distress

The subject and content of the book is of true and great value to any real estate investor, be it novice or seasoned. However the narrator is very variable in his voice, reading speed and quality i.e. he repeats himself several times throughout the book which might indicate bad editing.

All in all, a good book but maybe best read by one self.

    Unlistenable!!!

Waste of time. Narration is awful. I found myself getting so frustrated with the narrator, that I lost focus of the content. They obviously put very little care intocreating this audiobook.

    Buy the print version

I'm not one to normally write reviews but the narrator was so terrible I felt I had to. The information is great, love all the BP stuff. But the narrator slips in and out of vocal fry (imagine what you sound like when you first wake up and try to speak). There are periods where he speaks normally, but the majority of the book sounds like a frog man sloppily reading the book to you. Do your ears a favor, read the print version.

    The wonderland of real estate

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

    I don't know

What was most disappointing about Brandon Turner’s story?

The principle of his story may possibly work within a determined time and place, however a lot of very important details are missing and those details impact the results. making the hole thing fake.

What didn’t you like about Maher Abiad’s performance?

the so slow and nasal voice was driving me NUTS.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

some concepts about financing are accurate

    OK at best

narration a bit rapid and not always fluid to understand. very basic info with not enough substance to satisfy. I gave 3 stars because it will be a decent resource for the beginner.
