Story
Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn’s startling book led, almost 30 years later, to Glasnost, Perestroika, and the "Fall of the Wall". One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich brilliantly portrays a single day, any day, in the life of a single Russian soldier who was captured by the Germans in 1945 and who managed to escape a few days later. Along with millions of others, this soldier was charged with some sort of political crime, and since it was easier to confess than deny it and die, Ivan Denisovich "confessed" to "high treason" and received a sentence of 10 years in a Siberian labor camp.

A Rightful Classic
This is a radio play presentation of one of the most famous stories of the occult ever written. Lovecraft's story is imaginitive, in-depth, and disturbing. The pacing is a little off, but a Great Job. 4 stars out of 5

absolutely amazing!
this was thoroughly enjoyable. the acting was incredibly well done and immersive, worth the 6 dollars. This is a full cast production so there are many people doing the acting. It tells the tale with gusto, and with such wit and pacing that i could see in my minds eye exactly what was happening. It uses sound effects appropriately and in a way that dont detract from the story. All in all, this is the best way to experience this story to me which, when i originally read by the author was good, but a very dry read none the less. I cannot recommend this enough.

A classic!
Another wonderful performance by Dark Mysteries! H. P. Lovecraft never gets old. Some of the vocabulary is a bit crass to our modern senses, but if you know anything about Lovecraft and the times he was alive in, it makes perfect sense and shouldn't put you off from this piece.

A Fantastic Story for the Imagination
I love this book! The narration is theatrical and professional (the first audiobook I heard in such a format, FYI). Aside from its incredible presentation, the story itself is a timeless classic! Horror/ mystery/ thriller.... it’s short enough to keep interest and doesn’t drag at any point. It keeps you on edge - captivated.
I highly recommend this!

Mesmerising !
The voice is on point, it feels like what Lovecraft would have done !
From a French guy perspective, it was really clear and I didn't had any problem to understand it even with my quite limited vocabulary.
