Listen to this if you want to become a NON SMOKER

This is the only way to stop smoking!

If you try to "quit" or use nicotine replacement techniques, you may be successful. But it will not be easy!! You will set yourself up to suffer the rest of your life, thinking you miss smoking or anytime you are around smokers you will miss it.

Doesn't need to be that way!!!

Open your mind, and allow Allen Carr to break all the brainwashing and show you just how easy it can be!!!

I smoked around a pack a day for over half of my life. (18 years) and I had tried all the methods. Cold turkey, gum, patch, zyban, champix, detox etc and nothing compares. Those methods set you up for failure or misery!!

I will never smoke another ciggarette or any nicotine product again in my life because I didn't quit....I BECAME A NON SMOKER the instant I finished this audio book!!!

The Most Important Book Some of Us Will Ever Read

If you're in the prison of nicotine addiction, with your health eroding and your self respect dwindling, read the book! I was the Babe Ruth/Tom Brady/Wayne Gretzky/Magic Johnson of smoking. I don't smoke anymore. I don't think about it at all. This book saved me and three other members of my family. Allen Carr is a saint. Now pretty please, with sugar on top, read the f@##$% book.

I'm a Non-smoker, now.

I wanted to be mad at audible for preassigning a review on my behalf, but this is spot on:

I got to say that Allen Carr was a brilliant man and his way of seeing the filthy habit purely makes sense and just helped me realize how I was falling for it. Try this book out, it won't leave you disappointed!

In my own words, I got six chapters in and couldn't even be bothered to smoke anymore. I'm sure that 90% of others that have listened or read this think the same thing. But he puts the addiction into such a gorgeous light that it's nearly impossible to ignore the fact we tend to know exactly what we're doing, we just aren't educated about it enough to help us figure out what's going on. This man would have done wonders working in the schools, making a mandatory class about this would save so many from an early mistake of even starting the habit.

I'm 3 weeks a Non-smoker, and havent had a single one since chapter 6. I love it, I feel amazing, my energy is through the roof and I feel fantastic. Withdrawals didnt feel to exist, I literally enjoyed the "withdrawal symptoms" as they helped me realize I was healing and restoring my control on my life.

Changed my life!

I was close to a pack a day smoker and enjoyed it! I knew the heath ramifications of it as my mom had just need diagnosed with severe emphysema and put on oxygen 24 hours a day. I thought why not see what all the hype was about with Allen Carr’s Easyway to quit smoking. Well the hype is 100% true. I finished the book and had my last cigarette the same day. Never felt better about being a non smoker. If you wish to stop, this is the book for you. And with #Audible1 it’s just a tap away for easy listening your way to being a non smoker.

Smoked for over 40 Years!

This did not just happen over night, for a very long time I have not enjoyed smoking but it was my gateway to stress relief. I always thought that maybe if my situation was much less stressful I would perhaps one day quit. Way easier said than done as many of you already know. What happened next to me was a shock to everyone. I am a healthy active 54 year old with one vice. Smoking. Over the Christmas Holidays had heartburn issues and was treated for Pylori bacteria. Medicine didn't help and needed more medical help. After checking into emergency, I was told I had been suffering Angina and had had several heart attacks. 99% blockage. Ya after the initial shock of those words resonating through my head, I needed a new regiment and had to quit smoking. How the f*** am I going to do this?. I was already on nicotine replacement therapy after having a stent put in and recovering in the Hospital. I was afraid that I would be on the patch for the rest of my life. This is where this book comes in for me. A friend told me to check it out and I did and for me, even better was that it was available in audio and that there was a free trial offer. Stars started to align and I started listening to this book over and over again with my ear buds. The first thing I did was get off the patch and listened to his instruction. 3-4 weeks is the absolute key! I'm the last person to ever believe that this would help, and it must have because it has been 8 months and counting. Ya I still crave it almost all the time, but now I can manage the demon in my head. It really does have a lot to do with your mind. Listen to this book over and over again, each time you will pick up something new. So stars aligned and thanks to this book, I am on the road to a new lifestyle. Hey it's not easy but it's totally possible. You Have To Want To Quit! Find your reason and keep telling it to yourself. 3-4 weeks is a very important piece of information. It works, just make sure you finish it.

This is an amazing book.
With a desire to quit and supportive people around, you will succeed with it too.
Had to listen to it 3 times to finally quit but now that ive done it i cant imagine ever smoking again.

But it only works if you listen to the whole thing!

I Will Never Smoke Again

Wow. I have been a smoker for 22 years, and after listening to this audiobook, I know I will never smoke again. Allan Carr gives it to you straight. He doesn’t use scare tactics or lectures. He simply teaches you how to remove the brainwashing that keeps you smoking. Better than any patch or pill, this program really does make it easy to quit smoking.
