Straightforward guide to resetting your metabolism

Love the fact that Dr. Christianson narrates his own book as well, but this is book is full of priceless information of how to get your metabolism back on the right track. You can really tell the Dr's caring passion behind his work. I'm on the second week of this reset and it's true: I have more energy, I'm sleeping better, my mood is better and some damn how I'm not craving coffee/lattes (I've been a gold Starbuck's goer for years now!). Truly blessed with his guide laid out so easy to understand in his book. Thank you Dr.C!

Simply life changing

This book is based on research. It is well written. It is easy to follow. I am wrapping up my 28 days and I am so happy and grateful with the results I got. My heart rate decreased by 12 points. I lost 14 pounds. Over 2 inches off my waist. Feeling encouraged and grateful.

Great insights!

His voice is monotone and soothing, I fell asleep once during a chapter. But I rewound and listened again the info is so valuable and he is so knowledgeable. I'm so happy I found this book.

Hope this works!

I really like dr Christiansen’s approach. I feel as if it is a common sense approach to eating and living. I am about to start the program so I am full of hope. Time will tell. I liked that he was the one who actually does the reading. I liked his voice. Joining the Facebook group has been very helpful too.

Great Informative Book

Wow! What a great book, great to learn all that the liver can do. I joined the metabolism reset program and it's been awesome. I am not wanting to lose weight so made little adaptions within the guidelines of the program and have retained The program has been marvelous, easy to follow with guidelines and what great recipes. I have noticed some changes already with only being in 2 weeks

The pdf associated with the audio book has issues

The book seems good but I wish I would have got this in book form. I drive a lot for work and so audiobooks make it easier to get books read. However, the pdf that comes with this book is awful. The pages referred to for recipes are mis-numbered (not a single one was right). The portion talking about exercise is incomplete. Today I spent my entire lunch hour trying to make the eggplant recipe and didn’t realize until it was in the oven that 3 of the ingredients (capers, tomatoes & balsamic vinegar) was not even in the explanation of how to put the dish together! As a result I left them out and the resulting dish was NOT edible. Trying to make major life changes is hard and the shortcomings of this pdf add to the difficulty of making these changes.
