The writing has a repetitive use of pronouns and titles, short sentences, and jot-note structure that make every paragraph a choppy start-stop-start-stop ordeal. It is very ham-fisted when introducing new concepts and lacks "flow" that is essential for audiobooks. This "lack of flow" in the writing is made even worse by the monotone narrator who struggles to place appropriate emphasis or develope individual voices.
