If you've listened to The Traveler series, this is your next stop. This trilogy gave such an in depth look into the early days of the scourge, by book 3 I cared deeply about the Mike's storyline. Book 1 was anxiety inducing in all the right ways, and book 3 left me hoping for a 4th book but with enough closure to move to another series. These 3 books cover the first 7 months of the scourge, i would love to check in with these characters 5 years in. The call backs were subtle but appreciated, I bet you donut to dollar, my donut to your dollar, that you'll love this trilogy as much as I did.
