Tom Hudson and Steve Maxwell have their hands full. Orcas are drawn to a small island off the shores of South Carolina. Some of the orcas are beaching themselves due to their erratic behavior that is being caused by a mysterious underwater sound wave. The same sound, in turn, is causing a chain reaction on the other side of the world off the straights of Australia. Tom and Steve along with Tony Collins help, discover an underwater cave that is the source of the mysteries.
