I'm writing this review one week after the insurgent activity at the US Capital and one week before Biden's inauguration. I live in Canada and been witness to absolute disaster that my friends and loved ones had to deal with for the past four plus years. While there is light at the end of tunnel, the US and the rest of us, 45 has left a mess for us all to clean up.

I have focused my post-Trump detox on mainly two books, this book and Dr. Mary Trump's Too Much and Never Enough. Both of these titles give two completely different perspectives on Trump but both illustrate that DJT was not suited in any way to be president.
This book shows that the way he ran both his company and the nation was nothing less that deplorable.
Thank you Barbara for being able to articulate what a lot of people on the planet have believed for quite a while

Enjoyed this book and information very much,if you are like me and can not understand what goes on in Trump’s feeble mind…this book offers a real history of the man and his past actions that continue to this day! This book timelines his madness very well.Narrator is excellent as well.I have read most of the new releases on the subject of Trump and his incompetence and I found this book to be very revealing. Great respect to the author for this read.

This audiobook is a great listen. The author talks about the Trump she first met and gives example after example of his ascension into a world of chaos, lies & deceit. Make sure to start it on a weekend because you will not want to stop listening. The narrator is great too. Fascinating !!

So enlightening and well written. Barbara Rez really explains a lot of what has gone on with Trump to make him what he is today.

The author does an outstanding job of depicting Trump as a human which is important in understanding the full scope of his malignancy. She doesn’t demonize him but rather let’s his own words and actions speak for themselves. As contemptuous as I am of him, I don’t feel that it serves anyone to demonize him as that would make it easy to write off as an anomaly rather than a very dark side of humanity which, sadly, clearly exists in many many people. Social media has given them an unrestrained platform on which to spread their lies and complete fabrications much to the chagrin and detriment to democracy and society as a whole. Thank you to the author for bravely sharing her experiences and insights.
