Trauma and Addiction

When I was a kid, I was addicted to playing video games, and as an adult, I kind of stopped playing, because I overcame it. The audiobook is Empowering Personal Growth and Recovery. I now understand that addiction is something hard to lose ourselves to in society. Time flies and addiction can destroy life. I am happy that this audiobook came into existence so we can learn what to do with addiction and Building Community and Shared Healing.
