Publisher's Summary

Resonance. It's a given on the ice planet, forced upon you by the parasitic symbiont called the "khui". With resonance, a guy and a girl are paired up because they'll make great babies. It's a survival mechanism necessary for this sparsely populated world we're stranded on...and romantic, in a weird, alien way.

Everyone expects resonance to happen when 20 newcomers are dropped onto the frosty world. I doubt anyone expects the gorgeous golden god named Ashtar to resonate to someone like me, though. He's fierce. Flirty. Powerful. Disgustingly handsome. I'm...not any of those things. I'm bland. Boring. Clumsy.

But resonance seems to think we'd be great together. And Ashtar does, too....

Contains mature themes.

Funny, cute & sexy at the end

I’ve read Ruby Dixons Dragon shifter series before so I was knew of this alien even though it was new for the ice planet and barbarians.

This book had some really funny parts that literally had me laughing out loud.

The story was cute enough but a little slow, like you had to wait until the book was almost over for them to finally mate!!!

But they are perfect together a healer & dragon just what this clan needs!

My New favorite Read!

I Love Ruby Dixon's fireblood dragon's series and was hesitant to start the Ice Planet Barbarian series as well as the ice home series. But since due to covid there are no fireblood dragon books as they are on hold. I started the ice planet Barbarian series and now the ice home series,I must say I like Ruby Dixon's books but I am in love with any story with her Drakoni aliens. I like the ice planet Barbarian aliens and the ice home aliens but not nearly as much as the Drakoni aliens.

It's a secret cross over

I love this book it was super fun I enjoyed how well they played are low self-esteem in this one versus the 'cootie' mating and the draconis sent bass mate weight of paint you get to find out that the Golden god is a draconian warrior. So for anyone who's read it in the fire in his blood series there's delightful nod totally different world but still really cool
I would definitely recommend this
