Amazingly written, the author own personal experience unfolds in majestic beauty and soulful characters. Of course, it’s an action book, no rethinking the inevitable. Must read the add on, at the end.

I enjoyed the characters and story development. It jumped around a little too much and, as I was enjoying it as an audible, occasionally I dropped the thread; had to backup and listen again.
The author’s testimony, at the end, was an interesting addition.

One of my favorite Charles Martin books. I highly recommend. I was drawn into and captured by the story. Narration bring the story to life.

It was a bit hard for me to follow at first, but I fell in love with the story a little ways in. I actually loved it so much after finishing it that I listened to the book again almost immediately to try to fill in any gaps from listening the first time around. Great book! It filled my heart and made me ponder some of life’s biggest questions. I’ll be looking for more from this author for sure!
