Original and creative!
This title has many mixed reviews, I was hesistant to give it a try but am glad I did.
The twists and turns had me wondering what would happen next at every turn. Often surprised at what I hadn’t put together or imagined.
It started a bit slow, and that just added to the depth of the characters. Deeply flawed and often diabolical, these three women certainly deserved each other.
Disturbing, thrilling and well done. I’ll be seeking out more titles by the author.

Not his best
John Marrs is at his best when writing dystopian fiction. While I do generally like his regular thrillers this one is not up to snuff. I found myself extremely bored while listening and generally not caring where the story went. Overall it was a let down. Hopefully his next is better.

Desperate Housewives on Crack
Multiple talented narrators bring out the best in this new John Marrs thriller. Although his storytelling in 'You Killed Me First' increases by threefold the level of willing suspension of disbelief typically required of his readers, it is made tolerable by the mirror-smooth vocal stylings of three of my favourite British narrators – Elizabeth Knowelden, Moira Quirk and Clare Corbett. Thanks to them, the audiobook most definitely kept me pleasantly entertained.

John Marrs never disappoints!
You are in for a lot of unexpected twists and turns! The narrators are great also! I can hardly wait for the next one.

John Marrs did it again!
Wow!!! This one is now my favourite John Marrs novel. I loved his other work, but this one just blew me away. Just when you think you can’t get any more twists, they keep on coming. Full cast of narrators that knocked it out of the park. This one is a five star read

What is this book even about? Drags on and on.. not impressed!
Good grief! Why did I waste a credit on this never ending drivel? This is nowhere near as good as any John Mars books I’ve read. Split pov’s churn out their narratives and I keep listening without ever really knowing what the heck is going on in this book. It just drones on and on and on. Definitely not a fan of this latest novel. I’m surprised because I usually love his work. This one is just boring!
