    We had an Awesome, Engaging, and Extended Q&A at the South Georgia State Junior Open Championships where the Complete Performance Coaches answered the following questions from both parents and players:

    •How to handle mental stress in competition?
    •How to deal with pressure?
    •How to thrive in an environment that’s so focused on outcomes and results?
    •What’s the best way to stay engaged and composed when your opponent is cheating?
    •How to find more of a constant flow during the extreme highs and lows of the match?
    •How can you deal with extreme stress, thoughts of meeting unreal expectations, and frustration in failure?
    •I am a very energetic 11 year old. Always moving fast. Yet when I get in the court I struggle to keep my feet moving. What could be driving that?
    •How to not let other people’s disbelief of my capabilities enter into my performance?
    •My coach touches on the difference between playing to win versus playing not to lose. I can define playing not to lose, but how do you “play to win?”
    •I hear a lot that you shouldn’t focus so much on the outcome but focus on the process. To what extent do you focus on the process?
