    Both films explore the comedic possibilities from the other side of the tracks: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels follows the adventure of two competing con artists attempting to pull a fast one on a seemingly innocent tourist, while A Fish Called Wanda follows the exploits of a team of incompetent jewel thieves.
